SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are made-to-order, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be handmade and shipped (depending on how many orders are ahead of yours).

I ship to both the U.S. and Canada.

All orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping hours are: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm CT.

Once your order leaves the studio, it is out of my hands. For any questions or issues with shipping, please contact the shipping carrier.

I am not responsible for any items lost during the shipping process.

If you choose the "Free Pickup" option, you will be sent an email notification when your order is fulfilled. I will reach out to you, personally, to inform you on when and where to pick up your order. (Free Pickup is only offered to customers in the Westbank of New Orleans and Lafitte, Louisiana areas.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items that are altered or have been used are not eligible for a return or exchange, ONLY NEW/UN-USED items.

Shipping cost with returned or exchanged items will not be reimbursed.

All returns must be insured. If a return package is damaged in shipping, a refund will not be issued. You must file a claim with the carrier.

Returns are processed as soon as they are received. Please allow anywhere from 3 - 10 business days for your account to be updated.

Before sending a return or exchange, please message me at info@francoisneworleans.com to get further directions on how to properly ship the item(s) back.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If there are ever any problems with your products due to craftsmanship, don't be afraid to shoot me an e-mail to let me know! I are more than happy to either fix your product or replace it.
